Kelis & Baby Out and About… And Happy!

Posted on August 4, 2009 - 2:21pm by MMuerte Kelis and her new baby boy, Knight, were spotted out and about.  Kelis was going into a coffee shop on 23rd street and looked soo happy, as you can see in the photos. Kelis has also been tweeting about her tremendous love for the new little man in her life.

"Baby's first day. So amazing. I'm at a lost for words."

And as for her three day long birthing process, she wrote: " Ok so I did it, he's 7.8 pounds of the greatest stuff on earth. I was in labor for 3 of the longest most painful days of my life. I don't understand when women say they don't remember giving birth. I will remember for the rest of my life. He's kinda perfect btw"

According to her Twitter Page she has hired a 24 hour nurse but was thinking about sending her home because she felt like she was under 24 hour surveillance. She also writes: "I feel great. My baby is happy and healthy and I am no longer a host for a force stronger than me. Its breath taking. I had no reverence for pregnant women or really mothers before my experience. Not that I didn’t care. But it truly is something unrelateable until it becomes you. Its life, larger then life. I’m in awe of the whole process. And of course now. Like every other mother madly in love with this little guy."

I cant wait to see his cute little face!
