New Music Thursday: E.L. Cross
Sometimes New Music Thursday will feature an artist that is already signed and has an album out, and sometimes (like this week in particular) New Music Thursday will feature a self-established artist who is relatively unknown but who we feel has produced some quality music.This Thursday's artist is Northwestern college student E.L. Cross. His song "Take a Moment" is not only catchy as hell, but it's 100% original and performed entirely by E.L. He composed the music, played all of the instruments (there are about 6 or 7 in the whole song) and sang the track all on his own. Not only that, but E.L. recorded this song off of his MACBOOK in less than a day. Impressive, I know.
