Summerfest Concerts with Varsity Fan Club, Austin Anderson & More
Yay! Summer vacation is finally here and Saint Angela Merici School in Brea kicked off the season with it's 22nd annual Summerfest this past weekend and, of course, Hollywire's Teen Scene was there!
What a night, let me tell ya...
Nick and I were stoked to meet a long list of celebs on the blue carpet, which included Austin Anderson, Sam Stone, Justin Stein, Ashley Argota, Malese Jow, Varsity Fan Club, Kaylee Dodson, Brandon Russell, Tyler Shamy, Ajuku Girls, America's Got Talent finalist, and Natalia Malo.
We then enjoyed a night of performances by The Toby Donnelly Project, Natalia Malo, Ashley Argota and Extreme Dance FX, but it was singer Austin Anderson and boy band Varsity Fan Club that stole the show that night.
Austin started his performance by inviting all the ladies up to the stage to sing to them, but an invitation really wasn't needed because as soon as Austin took the stage all the girls ran to the front in hopes of him reaching out to touch their hands. When he did grab the girls hands the screams of excitement could be heard for miles.
Varsity Fan Club kept the excitement going when they hit the stage for their awesome performance. Actually, the excitement for the guy started when they stepped onto the carpet, which was over run by their fans. I could go on and on about Varsity Fan Club, but I think the pictures below speak for themselves.
