It's a busy week in the news for Jessica Biel, not only is she trying to raise awareness for the global water crisis, but she is dealing with a break-up, blizzard and diarrhea.Rumors of a break-up have been circulating for quite a while, but with Justin Timberlake being a no-show on the Mt. Kilimanjaro climb, it appears they have gone their separate ways. Justin had told GQ he was going on the climb, saying,

I've been training four times a week to get my VO2 levels up to expand my lungs. We'll climb for a week straight, carrying 30 pounds on our backs. It's going to be intense, but it's going to be so rewarding.

Jessica stayed true to her word and despite a blizzard, that left the climbers with a visibility of 10 feet, and a bout of diarrhea, Jessica made it to the top of the summit without Justin.
