Britney is released from the hospital
TMZ has confirmed that Britney Spears has been released from Cedars-Sinai hospital although she was hot tempered this morning.
Apparently earlier this morning, she was yelling at the staff demanding to leave and pulled out her IV and would not keep still. She was being held there under 5150 which means she is in danger to herself and others and can be held against her will for 72 hours.
But just recently, she seemed to have calmed down enough that the hospital determined that she was not a 5150 threat anymore and they let her go. The hospital did not notify anyone who was involved in the drama that they were releasing her.
Although there is significant evidence that Brit has bipolar disorder, Cedars can not hold her against her will to treat this problem. If the doctors see that she is not a problem or a threat anymore they must let her go.
