The newly blonde pop star is digging up dirt on K-Fed and as been rumored to have even enlisted the help of the paparazzi!
Brit accuses K-Fed of partying throughout her pregnancies and trying to sell a sleazy sex tape of the pair.
The British Tabloids are claiming a source close to Britney told them "It's not just Kevin's partying and gambling, there are all sorts of things she thinks lawyers should know about. The gloves are off said the source and Britney is ready to talk.
Brit is certainly no Mother Teresa, but she is determined to show Kevin is not the Father of the year either.
K-Fed was seen doing some hard partying in Vegas over the weekend. I'm sure Brit's spies were on high alert!
Their custody case will be held at the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 17.
