Denise Richards Accuses Charlie Sheen of Molesting their Children

That is child abuse in itself. She will stop at nothing to get the kids all to herself, and exploiting the children is so low.

She is such a terrible person. I honestly don't understand how the courts can allow her to keep her children. Her show exposes how truly awful she is, and that is after she gets to edit it. Can you imagine what's on the editing room floor? When she is nice on the show it is so obviously fake. She asked Charlie Sheen for his sperm so she could have another child with him??? But now is saying he is a child abuser??? She is really gross. I hope Charlie gets those little girls and maybe once they are with him we'll see them smile and take their thumbs out of their mouths. Good luck to Charlie.

Denise Richards is the one who is abusing her children. She will stop at nothing to get ratings for a show where she discusses her vagina with her own father, talks about liking big dicks, uses the F word more than once in every sentence. denise Richards calls it an emergency meeting when she and her friends, (which are her sister and her chiropractors wife -- she has no friends), are going to Hawaii and Denise needs to lose 10 pounds. So we have now defined "emergency" a la Richards. She is a pig and by bringing these false charges against Charlie Sheen has abused her children even more than the already by having them in her stupid reality tv show. Based on media reports and postings by others -- I am not alone. She sucks big time. I hope the court sees thru this transparent idiot and gives the children to Charlie and fines Pig Richards a hefty fine for this abuse.

One out of every three-five children will be sexually abused by the age of 18; half by their biological fathers. The statisics are based on scientific evidence in the empirical literature. There is not always physical evidence of molestation for obvious reasons, but often psychological evidence revealed in "acting out" behaviors and a variety of other FORENSIC tests that DO NOT involve leading questions. Unless you are FORENSIC expert, you have no expertise to make any comments about whether or not Denis is a boldfaced liar or Sheen an abuser. There is a myth about protective mothers and parents, that they are somehow coming from a vengeful place. The majority of them are not when you research the empirical literature. Since I am not an expert in this case, it is not for me to say whether or not Sheen abused his daughters; however, the empirical literature and his behaviors in general (e.g., sex addictions, rage, narcissism,, blatantly abusive emails to the mother of his children; etc.) would compel me to scrutizine this case quite closely if I were an expert or judge presiding over the case, especially if the children are exhibiting symptoms that denote sexual abuse (e.g., sexually acting out, post-traumatic-stress-disorder, night-mares, inconsollable tantrums, etc.). Dispel the myth of the "woman scorned" because most mothers are not coming from a vengeful place; although a small percentage are. Further, "inconclusive" or "unsubstantiated" does not mean the abuse did not occur. It simply means there wasn't enough PHYSICAL evidence, such as torn tissue, to hold up in trial to convict the perp. or to mandate supervised visitation. Also, perhaps it isn't Denise that went public with the info., but the Papparazzi. Thus, it matters not what YOU believe despite the fact that the allegation may be "unsubstantiated" or "inconclusive." That does not mean the accusation is FALSE per se. Be careful.

Mel(above) you obviously have “book” knowledge on this subject matter, but very easy to say you have no “actual” knowledge on this subject matter. I have lived through this very trauma that Charlie will continue to live for years to come, but I didn’t have the $$ to prove the vindictive nature/mental illness of what cases like this one and mine share. Yes I’m sure there are unfortunately many real sad cases where the kids truly are the victims, but never rule out this “trick” that more often is played by the mother. The average man can’t react with legal support to prove the vindictive nature or mental illness that exists within the mother. Ultimately the kids remain the biggest victim through false allegations, but overlooking the gloom that men face in surviving these ugly lies is only for those who actually know to express. So for all who sympathize for Charlie in whats obvious to see as false allegations then hurray your accurate. Those remaining who contend Denise is accurate in her allegations, then you are either part of the crowd in why marriages/families fail or you too possibly have a mental illness.

Futhermore I hope this case will be an example of the penalties (loss of custody & potential fines) for those parents using this tactic to get the upper hand. The wasted time spent by our courts, and social works for some reason won't follow through on penalties for cases like this one & mine. Using allegations falsley of the most dispicable crime on the planet deserves penalty especially during divorce.

i think the kids should be with their father and stepmother. Richards is no mother. When she talks its like the way my mom talks to me and my family. She needs a bar of soap in that mouth of hers. Good luck Charlie
