The Freak of the Week is.... Phil Spector a.k.a Mr. Burns from The Simpsons.
This guy has had so many hairdo's through out his career, but that lack of one is the worst.
Phil is currently incarcerated in Kern County, California, serving a 19-year sentence for the second-degree murder of actress Lana Clarkson in 2003. I hope they give him back his wig otherwise I fear for the other prisoners eye sight.
