Halle Berry vs. Paparazzi
Halle Berry has filed suit against pap photogs for taking pictures of her and her baby because they got them in a shady way.
These sleeze balls trespassed onto her private property! Creepy! I am sorry, but that is a stalker move if I ever heard one!
The Oscar winner was in her own backyard with her newborn daughter, not out and about in public streets, when the pictures were taken. She (of course) flipped out when she saw the pictures on the internet and in two celebrity mags.
Her lawyer said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way. Those guys are lucky they didn't get shot! Her lawyer also said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."Something has to be done; it is one thing to be out shopping in public streets and having your picture taken, it is quite another to have your privacy invaded when you are in your own home!
