Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole's Dr.'s Arrested for Conspiracy!

[/caption]Howard K. Stern and two of Anna Nicole's doctors have been arrested and charged each with one count of conspiracy; Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich. Stern and Kapoor have also been charged with a single count of unlawfully prescribing opiates and other controlled substances.
California's Attorney General Jerry Brown says the three were keeping a constant flow of unnecessary medication to Anna Nicole Smith from June 2004 until her prescription drug overdose on January 26, 2007.
The eleven medications that were discovered in Smith's Florida hotel room, where she died were prescribed by Eroshevich, with eight of those in Stern's name, two in the name of Alex Katz and one to Eroshevich himself. As of yet an arraignment hasn't been set.

Howard K. Stern will be turning himself in tonight after being arrested for allegedly obtaining illegal prescriptions for Anna Nicole Smith.
The California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement has been investigating the prescription practices of Anna Nicole's former doctor, Sandeep Kapoor. Just thirteen days before Anna Nicolegave birth to Dannielynn Kapoor wrote a prescription for methadone under a fake name, Michelle Chase, which is - surprise!- illegal to do!
Howard K. Stern released this statement to TMZ:
Dr. Kapoor never prescribed Anna Nicole medication in my name-and that is what the Medical Board will find out.
