Old high school sweet hearts, stars of MTV's Laguna Beach, Lauren Conrad and Stephen Colletti are back together. The rumored couple was spotted at LA's Central night club two nights ago flirting, dancing, and staying close to eachother all night.

Does this mean that Stephen will join Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari on the Hills next season?
