She should have lost her license long ago and should have spent her whole time in jail. Shewould have driven anyway,but she could at least ended up in jail again. Anyone else, they would have thrown away the key.

Lindsay Lohan is her fathers daughter whether she likes it or not. No amount of cease and desist orders she evokes will destroy that becuse she has been following in her fathers footstep since day one that she cut him out of her life. He has mutliple DWI's. He has had car accidents. He has lkef the scene of a car accident where he was found to be DUI. He had set his vehicle on fire to cover up that car accident and then claimed it was stolen. He committed insurance fraud. And because of this nonsense, he has done time with the State correctional system. She as done the same but when it comes to fraud, her's is mpore of grand larceny and covered up by fraud when she stole another womans expensive fur coat out of a coat room at a NYC restaurant and was caught in pics wearing it by the owner who settled this act of grand l;arceny out of court. And she stole expensive desginer clothing from the home of this one other woman when she was not present as her roomate had a party. That too was settled out of court. If any of these two additional criminal acts were pressed on to what she already was guilty of, she would have been legally declared a "3 time loser" and gone directly to prison.

Her mother is a great mother...Yeah right, trying to steal a Fudgie the Whale ice cream cake from a local Long Island ice cream busines via identity fraud where the cops had to be called in, that is not the makings of a good mother. Just a cheap thief.
