Spike TVs 2009 Guys Choice Awards were this Sunday, and Halle Berry was presented with the Decade of Hotness by none other than Jamie Foxx. When Halle was presented with the award, she reciprocated with a kiss on the lips, which turned into a serious makeout session, complete with some ass-grabbing and crotch-rubbing.
