Mischa Barton and Rebecca De Mornay both charged with DUIs
OC's star Mischa Barton was arrested yesterday for driving under the influence, driving with an unvalid drivers license, and with the possession of narcotics.
Sheriff’s deputies stopped Barton’s vehicle after they saw it straddling two lanes of traffic and after it made a turn without signaling.
She was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department — and we are told she is still in custody and being held on $10,000 bail.
And today, Risky Business star, Rebecca De Mornay was charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence, from her arrest on October 30.
When Rebecca was pulled over, the police say the immediately smelled “an odor of alcoholic beverages.” Rebecca performed and failed several sobriety tests. Evidently, her blood alcohol level was just over the legal limit.
She will be arraigned on Monday and could face jail time in addition to probation and fines.
