More On Kate Gosselin And The Bodyguard
For the past week now Jon and Kate Gosselin have been a huge topic of gossip and their faces have been plastered all over major tabloid magazines. Just this week alone they are on four.They are getting to much media attention it's sick. But that's what Kate wanted. That's why she made Jon do another season of 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' right?
Last week the attention was on Jon and his "friend" Deanna Hummel, this week it's about Kate and the bodyguard, Steve Neild.
UsWeekly reports that one source said, "She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them."
While Jon stayed at home with the kiddies while Kate did interviews to promote the show and her books, Kate was accompanied by her married body guard every where she went.
The married Neild -- who once worked for Bill Clinton, and is often photographed not wearing his wedding band -- were "very physical, often touching each other," says an employee at a recent promotional appearance for their TLC reality show.
"She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them." The employee adds Kate showed no affection at all to Jon at the same event.
The bodyguard's wife says that these affair rumors are "ridiculous."
Kate told PEOPLE: "I don't know that we're in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing. I've been struggling with the question of 'Who is this person?' for a while. I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It's one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there's blaring, red flashing lights. I will never give up hope that every member of our family can be absolutely happy again."

And Kevin and Jodi reveal why they are no longer on the hit show. Kate freaked out when TLC suggested they be paid for their time. "No one else is getting paid but us!" Kate screamed at her brother. "We're done!'
Kevin has a simple message for her family members. "Kate and Jon, I urge you to focus on what's most important, and stop trading your marriage and family for fame and fortune!"
