Paris Hilton falls and bruises her face
While leaving a restaurant in Prague, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden were mobbed by fans and paparazzi. Although (unfortunately) it was not caught on video, Paris supposedly fell and hit her chin as she was trying to get away from the paparazzi. Being super-self conscious, she walks around with her sweatshirt covering her chin (like that doesn't draw attention to her face or look absolutely ridiculous.) The bruise isn't even bad, you can hardly see it. I would hate to see what would happen if she had Amy Winehouse's impetigoed face.
