R. Kelly is Not Guilty!
Kelly was charged with child pornography in 1998 after being accused of videotaping himself having sex with and urinating on his under-age goddaughter. The defense claimed that the 27 minute sex tape is a fake and believe that Kelly was set up my the alleged victim's aunt, Stephanie "Sparkle" Edwards. Kelly's lawyers stated that Edwards just wanted "money, money, money."
The case was turned over to the jurors on Thursday, after just four weeks of testimony. The jurors had to determine whether or not it was Kelly in the tape. Although most believed it was Kelly, many jurors were not certain, which left the jury with no other option than to vote not guilty.
