Ray J talks about his infamous sex tape with Kim Kardashian
R&B singer Ray J, appeared on the Tyra show discussing his infamous sex tape with Kim Kardashian. When Tyra asked Ray J why he and Kim made the tape in the first place he said because they were bored. He had taken Kim away for a week to Cabo for her birthday, and after being there for three days they realized that they needed to do something exciting. Ray J had brought his video camera with him and pitched the idea of making their own "reality show" in Mexico. Kim went along with it, only if she could have the tape afterwards.
Tyra asked if he thought she leaked the tape than. Ray J said that the two of them have discussed many times how they think the tape got leaked. They know who did it, but he can't talk about it. He added that due to the damage and pain that it has caused them both, they get paid royalties every month.
When asked if he ever watches the video, Ray J said yeah, but not with his friends. He watches it strictly for educational purposes, to see if he can make any improvements.
Tyra asks if girls treat him differently now that the sex tape has made him famous for having such a large “personality.” (wink wink) He said that girls are more sexual towards him. But he doesn't always make advances because he has more respect for women than that.
