Shia LaBeouf Busted for DUI--Car Rolls Over Injuring Him
It is reported that Shia LaBeouf was involved in a car accident at about 3:00 AM Sunday morning at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood. Shia made a left turn in front of another car and the two collided, causing Shia's car to roll.
Paramedics were called the the scene and both Shia and the victim were taken to a local hospital. Shia had surgery on his left hand that was injured after he rolled his car. Law enforcement says he'll be cited and released on suspicion of DUI misdemeanor.
There was a female in Shia's car, and both she and the the male driver of the other car suffered bumps and bruises. Nothing serious; that's why it is a misdemeanor and not a felony.

If you drink, then get a driver to take you around. Why didn't you call me? I was available! And you know how much I love you!
Shia has been in trouble a lot for someone who wants to focus on his craft and not do the whole party scene. First it was that Walgreens fiasco and then he was busted for smoking, twice! When is it going to end Shia?
