SPOTTED: Jude Law & Sienna Miller in Barbados!

Things appear to be 100% BACK ON for Jude Law and Sienna Miller.

The duo were spotted in Barbados together over the weekend.  They were frolicking on the beach with Jude's children from his previous relationship with Sadie Frost -- son Rafferty, 13, daughter, Iris, 9, and son, Rudy, 7.
