The First Couple Babies Come Home to No Nannies Thanks to Octo-crazy-Mom

This chick is gonna have her hands full...I seriously don't know how she's gonna do it.  I heard that she refused the free assistance of the nurse-nannies of Angels in Waiting.  Dumb dumb dumb.  I give it a couple of days before we hear some more 911 calls from this lady.  Poor babies.

Some signage to give everyone a clue: maybe she's finally ready to be a mom and not be in the media.  Nah, I doubt it.  Is she really done with her 15 minutes of fame?
