Vanessa Minnillo is finally fed up with her singer boyfriend Nick Lachey.  Sources saw her flirting with another man during the Armani Exchange watch launch party at the SLS Hotel on Wednesday night, April 15. "Vanessa was sitting on this dude's lap for a long, long time. It didn't seem like they were just friends," an onlooker tells X17 Online. "They were playfully flirting all night and Nick was nowhere in sight."

I don't know what she is thinking but he is HOTT!  And are you really dumb enough to be a celebrity and cheat or flirt at a major event.  You know people are going to talk, its Hollywood!

    I have multiple friends who have hooked up with Vanessa and seen her do lots of drugs in the past few months...I'm convinced that their entire relationship was a scam...

    I ran into Nick Lachey as well back in October at the W Hotel which was an interesting experience, because when I walked in, I saw this guy out of the corner of my eye do the up/down thing to me that like skeezy guys do...and I was just going to ignore it because it was some random dude, but then 2 of my friends came up to me and were like 'oh my god, Nick Lachey just totally gave you the up/down like multiple times' and I'm sorry, but Nick Lachey is like my dream man, so I whip around and look at him and then he looked away and the cocktail waitress suddenly closed off his section so my Nick Lachey destiny was interrupted :(

    bottom line, I don't think either of them have been faithful for a longgggg time!
