Billy Bob Thorton's Daughter Charged with Murder!
Has this family had enough drama yet? Billy Bob Thorton's oldest daughter, Amanda Blumfield was arrested and charged for first degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter of a one-year-old girl who died under her care. The 29-year-old was arrested earlier this month.
On the morning of October 3, 2008, the one-year-old was pronounced dead at a Florida hospital. When Blumfield's story and the child's injuries didn't match up, detectives knew something was wrong. An autopsy confirmed the child's fractured skull and brain injuries were caused by a homicide. According to reports, Blumfield didn't call the paramedics for two hours. Billy Bob Thorton reportedly hasn't spoken to his eldest daughter in a long time.
