Ed McMahon Dies At Age 86
Ah, sad news today. Star Search host Ed McMahon died this morning at the UCLA Medical Center , losing his battle with cancer and other health issues.
A source close to the family said, “Ed was at peace because he got his business taken care of. He settled his lawsuit with Cedars and with the settlement he was able to take care of his family.”
Ed hosted “Star Search” and “TV Bloopers And Practical Jokes” with Dick Clark as well as being Johnny Carson’s sidekick. We saw him more recently in those Cash 4 Gold commericals.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this time. Ed was a true class act.
