Gary Coleman Dies At Age 42

Former child star Gary Coleman, best known for his role in the TV sitcom Diff'rent Strokes, passed away today after suffering a head injury on Wednesday at his Utah home that put him into a coma.  Coleman was on life support since Thursday, May 27th at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.  TMZ reports his wife Shannon Price made the decision to terminate life support this morning.  He was 42 years old.

According to ABC News, the actor suffered an intracranial hemorrhage.  Coleman's wife Shannon released a statement Thursday to KUTV-TV saying,
"We are asking for everyone's prayers at this time," she said. "We hope those prayers are answered and that Gary will be able to recover and return home soon."

    R.I.P Gary Coleman; I Wanna Remember Him As The Fun, Playful, Adorable Man He Was. He Has Left A Lasting Legacy With His Acting. I Know He Is Finally At Peace. =[
