Jackson's Mother Files for Custody!
And the ugly custody battle begins. Katherine Jackson is hoping to make her temporary custody permanent. The King of Pop's surviving kids are under Katherine's care because they are said to have a long-standing relationship with her. In her petition for legal custody of her son's kids, it states that the kids have "no relation with their biological mother." However, we don't know if Debbie Rowe, the mother of Jackson's two eldest kids, believes that her ex mother-in-law is best suited for the role. As for the youngest, the mother is unknown. A hearing is set for August 3.
Hopefully the court will do what they can to minimize further damage to the three kids. After losing the only parent they ever knew, no one can imagine what must be going through their minds. Best wishes and condolences to the family.
