Hollywood has been hit hard again.

John Hughes has died of a heart attack while taking a NYC walk to visit his family.

The 59-year-old graced us with his 80's hit films: The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles, and Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Our condolences and hearts go out to his family and fans through this difficult time.
