Rihanna has a big day ahead of here...Today at 1:45 pm, the Barbados native is scheduled to testify as a witness at Chris Brown's preliminary hearing. Although cameras have been banned from the court room, her testimony is vital to the case. If she sticks to the story she told cops on the night of February 11, 2009, then it's pretty certain Brown will have to make a plea bargain. If not, he may get off the hook!
But will she be able to hold her own? That seems to be the big question I'm wondering. Since the incident, neither Chris Brown nor Rihanna has made a clear statement of exactly what happened that night...only innuendoes that beating up your girlfriend is bad. Hello, we already know that!
If the pictures from that night and the next day are introduced as evidence against Chris Brown, then who couldn't deny the fact that she was beat. TMZ leaked one photo taken from the night, but there are worse pics from when the swelling and bruising further distorted her beautiful face.
