According to a survey by Los Angeles-based E-Poll Market Research, the heiress has beaten out fellow party girls, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.The survey, reported by Forbes magazine, notices that media exposure keeps certain celebrities above the ranks even if their music, TV or movie career is a complete flop and is going unnoticed.Forbes has given the example of Pamela Anderson who has the number 4 spot on the list.”Without the acting career she hoped would take off.
