On the Vegas Luxe Life blog, Robin Leach asked Paris Hilton’s parents, Rick and Kathy, what they thought about their daughter dating tattooed rocker Benji Madden.
Rick said:
“Benji is the perfect example of, ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover. He is polite, well mannered, and he even calls me sir. We love him like family already. Benji doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke and is a healthy vegan!”
Kathy insisted:
“He’s changed her life—and I really think she’s genuinely in love for the first time. He’s so good to her and for her. We couldn’t be happier for them. This has honestly become the real thing.”
Leach reported:
They’ve been inseparable ever since and posed for their first ever photo together for Luxe Life a month later when they went to see The Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage. Benji promised me then: “I will guard her with my life and make sure only the best and beautiful comes her way.”
Do you think that Paris and her parents are just overly eager to see her get hitched? I mean how many times has she been engaged already? I don’t think Paris and Benji’s relationship will last very much longer. They just don’t look right together. A princess and a rocker really don’t mix. But hey, I could be wrong…

I really think their relationship is one big joke, I mean what are the odds that Paris and Nicole (best friends, supposedly) are in relationships with TWIN brothers?! I mean that seems like it is out of a movie or something.

HA Ok So her Parents obviously dont know him cuz they say he doesnt drink or smoke UM HELLO! look at all his pix they are him with a ciggerate or a drink if not both lol hes been smoking for 4 years i dont think hes gonna just randomly quit..for her. yeah nope not going to last i think they are trying to push this because the parents and she wants what nicole and joel have and he is a push over he said in and interview he doesnt treat bow down and basically give the girl everything she wants cuz they end up breaking his heart then look hes “treating her like a princess” Jelous? NO, just sick of this all over who cares benji is just here for her for a few months til she finds someone new! good luck with the heartbreaker!
