Are you asking who she’s dating rhetorically, or are you actually serious? Everyone on earth knows she’s dating Joe Jonas. They’re seen everywhere together and he wears a necklace she gave him from her charity. That picture of her with Rob P. is old. They’ve been friends for years, but that’s all.
