Made famous by the Manson murders, convicted felon Susan Atkins is dying from brain cancer. A request was made to the parole board to consider a “compassionate release” so Susan can die with dignity surrounded by her friends and family, doctors have given her 6 months to live.
Riggght, because she showed so much compassion and dignity for Sharon Tate.

Atkins, who is 59 has been locked up for 37 years, longer then any other woman in California. Her request for release has already been approved by the California Institution for Women in Corona, where she was at from April 1971 until March, when she was transferred to a local hospital for treatment.
The board feels that she is no longer a threat to society given that she has such a short time to live, and she has already lost a leg due to her illness.

This sickens me! They need to think before they act. My brothers murderer took him away from us. I have ZERO compassion for ANYONE who commits a violent crime such as this. He wasn’t given the choice to be with us when he died. He and his wife were gunned down sniper style from this guy’s second story window. Would i have compassion for him if he had brain cancer? HELL NO!

Susan Atkins will never make it out of the hospital unless she has a miracle healing. I do not think this will happen. I would not want to be as merciless as she was by not letting her go die in her home. (She cant raise her head and has one leg) If we continue to harp let her die and show no mercy we have become as sick as she was when she participated in the murders.
