  Jersey Shore will have a sober 'situation' on its hands this season.

  In an exclusive interview with MTV, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino spoke for the first time on his stint in rehab that concluded last month. The ab-tastic reality star underwent treatment at the world-renowned Cirque Lodge in Utah for an addiction to prescription medication.

  On a Serious Note

  Family and friends of Amy Winehouse got together to pay their respects during a private funeral in London today. Celeb pals, including Kelly Osbourne and Mark Ronson, arrived at the memorial in Edgware, London to mourn the late singer, who died on July 23 at the age of 27.

  In Jewish tradition, Winehouse was buried following the private service.

• Lindsay Lohan Tested Positive for Alcohol After Rehab

  According to a probation report released on Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan failed a random alcohol test when she fought with a Betty Ford Center employee last December.  

  The report states, "The probation officer believes that substance abuse is the root of the defendant's problems," and it includes information from local police interviews with restaurant and nightclub employees.

  While Michael Douglas has been battling with cancer over the last year, his beautiful wife Catherine Zeta-Jones has stood, seemingly strong, by his side and supported him every step of the way.

  However, since Douglas announced he is cancer-free, about three months, Zeta-Jones has revealed some struggles of her own that she has been dealing with.  The 41 year old actress has been treated for Bipolar disorder.
