    Ever wondered what on earth was going through a celebrity's head when they wore some awful outfit?  Well, MTV and Cotton have launched a new web series, What Were U Thinking, in which celebrities take a walk down memory lane and look at five of their best and worst fashion moments, explaining what, exactly, they were thinking when they chose those outfits. The first episode, which is on mtvcotton.com focuses on Kelly Osbourne.  Check out the episode below!
