  It was a scary Valentine’s Day for Miss Blake Lively! According to E! Online, the Gossip Girl star AND her mother were granted a temporary restraining order against Sergei Mifle.

  It all began when the fan started contacting Blake’s mother, Elain Lively, multiple times and leaving a voicemail that said, “It really would like to not wait anymore for a phone call” and he needed to talk to Blake “before it’s too late.”

In most recent, and not to mention scary news, Gomez is seeking a restraining order against a 46-year-old man who told his therapist that he was going to kill the star!

  In the report, Selena was told that Thomas Brodnicki traveled across the country to meet the singer in Los Angeles and "that he has had conversations with God” where he has thoughts about killing Gomez.

  She may be on house arrest for violating her probation, but believe it or not, Lindsay Lohan scored a legal victory today!

  Lohan was previously granted a temporary restraining order against David Cocordan after she complained he was harassing her, and now a judge has approved a two year order to protect the actress.

  Lindsay Lohan has obtained a temporary restraining order against David Cocordan, a man she claims has been stalking and harassing her for two years.

  According to TMZ, David has shown up at Lindsay's home at least three times, followed her to public appearances and sent her over a hundred text messages. However, it was one recent text in particular that sent Lindsay to the courthouse to file a restraining order.

  The alleged attacker of Leonardo DiCaprio, Aretha Wilson, has been ordered by a judge to stay at least 500 yards away from the Inception star.  Wilson had been accused of slashing DiCaprio's face at a party in the Hollywood Hills back in 2005.  Wilson has since moved to Canada, but was recently brought back to the US by authorities to face the charges.  Now there's justice!
