    Entourage hottie Adrian Grenier is making his way to the world's most famous zip-code -- 90210. 

    That's right, Vinny Chase is set to appear on the September 27th episode of the hit CW show, 90210! 

    According to Entertainment Weekly, Grenier and his real-life band, The Honey Brothers (Grenier is the drummer), will perform at an extravagant 18th birthday party for Naomi Clark (AnnaLynne McCord).
