  Four days after telling TMZ Live that he's "tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck" on Two and a Half Men, Charlie Sheen has issued a public apology.

  In an open letter to Ashton Kutcher on his website, Sheen wrote, "My bad. I was being disrespectful to a man doing his best... You deserve better."
