  Lindsay Lohan walked into a Los Angeles County courthouse wearing a pair of $1,200 Christian Louboutin heels to plead poverty.

  The troubled actress was ordered to undergo psychological counseling as part of her probation for stealing a necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store, but she has yet to start therapy. Lindsay claims that she cannot afford to see a psychologist and her SAG insurance has lapsed.

  Lindsay Lohan has to be the luckiest criminal in the United States. Time and again she seems to get a slap on the wrist rather than the harsh punishment she deserves; and despite her many criminal offenses it appears as though she'll get off easy once again.

  According to TMZ, who checked with the LA County Sheriff's Department, non-violent, misdemeanor offenders are usually allowed to serve their time at home, if they wear an electronic monitoring device.

  Lohan will most likely spend her 120 day sentence for violating her probation in the comfort of her own home.

  Actor Josh Duhamel made passengers on a flight from New York to Kentucky very upset after forcing the plane to be delayed for 90 minutes.

  According to TMZ, Duhamel refused to turn off his BlackBerry before take off, forcing the plane to leave the runway and return to the gate.

  One passenger described Duahmel as "very rude" and stated he was "taunting the attendant."  Josh was escorted off the plane by two officers...

  In what many believe to be a surprise ruling, Judge Elden Fox granted Lindsay's request to stay in rehab rather than go to jail. The troubled starlet must stay in rehab until January 3rd, 2011.
