  Is Lindsay Lohan really turning her life around for good this time!? The actress attended her Probation Progress Hearing on Tuesday in Los Angeles and once again received some positive news from Judge Stephanie Sautner.

  According to TMZ, the judge told Lohan, "Keep doing what you're doing. You appear to be doing very well." However, LiLo isn't done quite yet with her probation sentence!

The court will be determining whether or not Britney is fit to have extended visitation with her two sons. Britney has had a court ordered psychiatric evaluation and has had a court appointed monitor accompanying her on all her visits with her sons.

  Woody Allen appeared in a U.S. District court in Manhattan on Monday to file a lawsuit against American Apparel for $10 million for using his image without his consent. Apparently American Apparel has been using Allen's image from a scene in "Annie Hall" were he is dressed as a Hasidic Jew for their billboard and website ads.
