    Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has officially legalized her name. Miley's birth name was Destiny Hope Cyrus. Her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, used to call Miley, Smiley. A young sibling of hers couldn't pronounce Smiley, only Miley. And the name just stuck. She took her father's middle name Ray, thus becoming Miley Cyrus.
