  A police report was filed in Hollywood today against Benji Madden for a hit and run accident. The accident happened last night as Benji and Paris left the Hollywood nightclub Foxtail. The couple's car was immediatly swarmed by paparazzi and Benji ran over one paparazzo's foot.
