  This has got to be one of the funniest videos I've seen all week.  Apparently after Heidi Montag's ridiculous performance on the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant, she decided it would be a good idea to give her hubby Spencer Pratt what appears to be an attempt at a lap dance. The best part though, is Jessi Cruickshank who is the host of MTV's The Aftershow and her reaction while sitting next to Spencer as he's getting the "lap dance" (if we can even call it that).
