  Motivational speaker, Jeffrey Locker, was found dead inside his car in East Harlem yesterday, July 16th. Locker, a father of 3 from Long Island, was strangled and stabbed to death. His hands were tied behind his back and a cord tied to the headrest of his car was wrapped around his neck. He was stabbed in his chest and robbed.
