  R&B singer Ne-Yo and his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw welcomed a baby girl into the world this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.  This is the couple's first child together.

  The baby was not due until January, about six weeks from now, but according to Ne-Yo's Twitter updates she is doing just fine!
