  It's finally happening! After years of publicly trying to have a child, through failed IVF treatments and even a disheartening miscarriage, Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic will finally have a child late this summer. E! News broke the couple's happy news on Monday morning.

  So...why no baby bump for the mom-to-be? Well, that's because the couple will be having their child through a gestational surrogate, meaning the baby will geneticially be Giuliana and Bill's, but another woman will give birth to he or she. On the Today Show Monday morning, the Rancic's revealed their surrogate is a woman from Colorado.

  After OK Magazine reported that Katie Holmes and husband Tom Cruise are expecting their second child together, a rep for the actress has denied the story. 

  Holmes was photographed earlier this week sporting what appeared to be a baby bump, but when asked if the star was pregnant, her publicist told E! News, "She's not pregnant and this photo looks doctored."
