Since Tiger Woods has refused to speak with them, the Florida Highway Patrol paid a visit to the hospital where Tiger was treated after his car accident.

According to TMZ, the FHP is pursing a search warrant for Tiger’s medical records to help determine if the injuries to TIger’s face were from the accident or his WIFE.

The police are required to show probable cause for a search warrant and based on the different stories Elin Nordegren, Woods wife, told authorities and the fact that Tiger publicly admitted to being on pain killers at the time of the accident, the police should have more than enough probable cause to obtain a warrant.

If domestic violence did play a role in the accident, Elin could be arrested.

Tiger Woods finally speaks out about his car accident, but not to authorities.  Tiger and his wife declined to talk to law enforcement and instead Tiger addressed the issue on his website.

Tiger stated,

As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I’m pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.

Tiger and his wife are not required to give statements to the police and the police say they will continue their investigation without the statements.

On another note, Tiger is planning on using the “Kobe Special” to mend his relationship with his wife.   TMZ is reporting that Tiger told a friend in a phone conversation, “I have to run to Zales to get a ‘Kobe Special.’”  And when asked what a “Kobe Special” is, Tiger replied, “A house on a finger.”

OMG! Around 2:25 this morning, Tiger Woods crashed into a fire hydrant backing out of his driveway and then drove straight into a tree.

Florida Highway Patrol confirmed the accident and reports say Tiger was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.

Tiger, who suffered facial lacerations in the accident, has already been released from the hospital and his rep says he is “fine.”

The reason for the accident is unknown and is still under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Brad Pitt was involved in a motorcycle accident in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday October 24th.

Brad Pitt was taking his new motorcycle out for a spin when a paparazzi cut him off forcing him to weave between two cars.  Brad ended up hitting a parked car with his handlebars, which caused him to lose his balance and both Brad and the bike fell to the ground.

Brad was not injured, but upset and embarrassed.  After having a few words with the paparazzo who caused the accident, Brad walked into an apartment building to get away from photographers.  He ended up leaving his bike at the scene of the accident and sent one of his assistants back to pick it up.  Check out the videos below.

The man that Madonna’s people are blaming for her horse accident yesterday, April 18th, claims he did nothing wrong.

The paparazzi claims that he was the only one at the scene of Madonna’s fall and that he was not responsible.  The man said that he took pictures of Madonna a half an hour prior to the fall from a public road and returned to take more pictures after receiving a tip that she had fallen.  You can check out the pics from the scene here.

Natasha Richardson was involved in a serious skiing accident in Montreal on Monday, which reportedly caused her some brain damage.  However now many news outlets are saying that the damage is more severe and that Natasha is actually brain dead.  While the actual severity of her injury is still being debated, it is reported that Natasha’s husband, actor Liam Neeson is by her side in the hospital.

Get well soon Natasha!! Man, I hope this brain dead rumor isn’t true, I love her!

Shia LaBeouf is not blame for the early morning crash that took place Sunday, the driver of the other car ran a red light and was actually cited for a moving violation on the spot. Shia’s DUI still stands, but the cause of the wreck was not his fault. The identity of the other driver has not been revealed. What has been revealed is the identity of Shia’s passenger. He was out with Isabel Lucas, a co-star in ‘Transformers 2′ and apparent party buddy.

Isabel (pictured above) is from Australia and this is her first American movie. Watch out Isabel, Shia has said in interviews that he always gets a ‘thing’ for co-stars, but soon moves on when filming ends. What a heartbreaker!

Sheriff’s Sgt. Kristin Aloma said the actor “was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication” and booked him on the misdemeanor DUI charge Sunday morning. According to his booking sheet, the normally lanky actor was listed as carrying 199 pounds on 5-foot-10 frame. Ding-Dang y’all, thats a whole lotta hunk! He must be all bulky from filming.

Hopefully he has learned his lesson, and thankfully no one else was hurt!
