Miss Teen Louisiana, Lindsey Evans, was arrested along with three friends for an alleged dine-and-dash. Lindsey and her friends dined at Posados Cafe in Bossier City, LA Saturday night and left without paying their $46 bill.
Lindsey was busted after she returned to the scene of the crime because she had left her purse. After being arrested the cops searched her belongings and found marijuana in her purse. She is being charged with theft and marijuana possession.
The Miss Louisiana Teen USA organization has not yet determined how they are going to handle this situation; however, I don’t think it really matters since her reign ends next month.
Do you think Lindsey will make it onto the list of America’s stupidest criminals? Who leaves without paying and forgets her purse? I guess she figured that she had a better chance of getting away with the crime if she tried to retrieve her belongings.
Kanye West and his tour manager Don C were arrested this morning at LAX airport for smashing a photographer’s camera to the ground.
Kanye apparently was not feeling very photogenic this morning and tried to get the paps away from him. Being as persistent as they are to get their footage, a fight broke out against Kanye, his assistant, and the photographer. Kanye’s tour manager Don C ran after the pap and threw the camera to the floor and Kanye tried to grab the tape. Kanye and his tour manager Damu were both taken in for booking on the charge of felony vandalism.
The agency that was involved was TMZ. Footage of the attack will no doubt be shown on TMZ soon.
FBI agents arrested 27-year-old Kevin Cogill on Wednesday morning on suspicion of violating federal copyright laws. Cogill is suspected of streaming songs from the unreleased Guns N’ Roses album “Chinese Democracy” on his Web site. His bail was set at $10,000.00
Cogill admitted that he posted the music on his site, but later took them down. Still, prosecutors said the leak could result in a “significant” financial loss for the band.
“Guns N’ Roses representatives have been made aware of the arrest and are leaving the matter to the authorities,” said Larry Solters, the band’s spokesman.
Guns and Roses is of course the 80’s hair band (for all of you born in the 90s) that has only one original member left, Axl Rose. The re-grouped band has been working on this album for about 10 years and everyone has been waiting with baited breath for this big comeback! You can check out some of the old stuff below, enjoy!
At least the band themselves are not suing the blogger, he is going to have enough trouble dealing with the FBI as he has only a public defender and can not afford good representation.

Rapper Yung Berg, who’s real name is Christian Ward, was arrested in New York on Saturday, August 9th.
Police were called to investigate a dispute between a limo driver and five passengers, and ended up arresting Yung Berg and his friends on several charges. Berg is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana, and menacing.
This isn’t the first time Berg has been arrested. He was arrested back in December 2007 for smoking marijuana while on the set for Ray J’s video ‘Sexy Can I.”
Hopefully, he has learned his lesson this time… though, I doubt it.
DMX was arrested outside of a mall in Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday, July 19th, for allegedly using a false name and social security number at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale last April. This is the sixth time this year that he has been arrested. DMX was arrested on May 7th, May 9th, June 23rd, June 27th, and July 2nd.
I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.
Come on Joe, you know celebrities get to do the crime without doing the time. Unless your Paris Hilton of course.
Rapper DMX was arrested on Friday, June 27th, in Miami for trying to buy cocaine and marijuana.This is the latest in a string of arrest for the rapper. He had just been arrested on Monday, June 23rd, for driving without a license and was arrested several times during the month of May. He was arrested in May for speeding after being caught on video driving at approximately 114 mph and then just days later following a raid on his Arizona home, DMX was charged with animal cruelty and drug possession. He has pleaded not guilty to the 11 charges.
It is going to take a miracle to keep DMX out from behind bars.
Shante Brodus, Snoop Dogg’s wife, was arrested in Orange County, California early Saturday morning.
Around 12:15 am on Saturday, June 14th, Snoop’s wife was pulled over for suspicion of DUI. She was cited and given notice to appear in court. Luckily she did not have any of her children with her at the time. She could have been charged with child endangerment.
You would think that all these celebrities would have learned not to drink and drive. Did they already forget about Paris Hilton’s jail time? Here is a little video to refresh your memory.
Michael Vick’s brother Marcus has been arrested for a DUI. Police spokesman James Robertson said 24 year old Vick was pulled over around 2:15 a.m. on Armistead Avenue in Norolk, Virginia after a brief police pursuit that began on Granby Street.
Along with his DUI, the football star was also issued citations for driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, eluding police and driving on a suspended license. His mother must be so proud.
Marcus was released early this morning on bond, according to a spokesman for the city.
Tatum O’Neal was enjoying her weekend a little too much it seems. The has been actress was caught purchasing some illegal substances Sunday night in New York. Specifically the Lower East Side. Crack is whack!!
When approached by police, Tatum did the most awesome back peddle of her life. “I’m researching a part-I’m doing this for a part… as a junkie” um yea, that didn’t work for Winona either, why would you think that you could get away with that lame excuse?
Her dealer was busted too, the cops witnessed the exchange and swooped in for the arrest. The cops found two baggies off coke in Tatum’s front pocket and charged her.
Tatum is best known for being the youngest person to win an Oscar for her role in Paper Moon. She has also written a book about her struggles with drug addiction and being a child star. Looks like she could add another chapter to that book!
Gary Dourdan, of CSI, was found asleep in his car at 5:21am by law enforcement in Palm Springs on Monday. Apparently he had possession of, get this, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs.

Gary posted the $5,000.00 bail and was released.
