Jenna is living proof that pleather certainly is sexy, but if you need more reasons to try this alternative to leather, then consider the animals. Most cows, pigs, and sheep who are slaughtered for their skin endure miserable lives in factory farms, where extreme crowding, deprivation, unanesthetized castration, branding, and dehorning are common.“I’ve worn a lot of pleather in my life,” Jameson told Tarts via a rep from the animal-rights organization. “Anybody who knows me knows that I’ve kind of lived half my life in it. I love the idea of having choices outside of leather. The outfit that I’m wearing in the ad is so sexy that I suggest if people want to have a better time in the bedroom — then please explore the pleather side.”
