Odus Jackson, the uncle of Jamie Lynn Spears‘ baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, is speaking out about the teen star’s break-up.

Odus told HollywoodLife,

It’s a tough situation, what they are going through, for sure.  But it always has been.  They’re so young.  [Our family] is always concerned about what’s happening with them.

Odus believes the problems started a while back, saying,

The last time I saw them together was just before Thanksgiving.  They were at his parents’ house with [their daughter, 19-month-old baby Maddie].  They weren’t interacting all that much but at least they were together.

The last time I saw [Maddie] was around Christmas.  She stayed with [Casey's] mom and dad.  They love her, so they took her for the holiday while Casey and Jamie Lynn were off separately.  They often take her for the weekend or a few days.

Jamie Lynn has already moved on with 28-year-old James Watson and Casey is keeping himself busy with construction projects in Mississippi.

That’s right, Jamie Lynn Spears has kicked her baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, to the curb and is reportedly dating James Watson, a business man from Hammond, La.

According to a source,

She’s going through a lot of changes.  It has been painful.  She’s a young mother and struggling in a lot of areas.

Jamie Lynn moved out of the home she shared with Casey and their 19-month old daughter, Maddie, about six weeks ago and is currently living with her mother, Lynn.

Jamie has declined to comment on her love life, so we’ll just have to wait and see if the rumors of a new romance are true.

A federal porn investigation is underway after pictures of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding Maddie were stolen. TMZ reports that Casey Aldridge took pictures of Jamie Lynn and their baby on his digital camera. One picture had Jamie Lynn breastfeeding with her left boob out in the open.

Casey, a not-so-sharp boy, took his memory card to a local Wal-Mart to get the photos developed. It is believed that one of Wal-Mart’s employees saw the photos and stole them.

Being that Jamie Lynn is a minor, whoever buys and sells these photos could find themselves in prison for violating federal pornography laws.

Law enforcement sources said that federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 private pictures of Britney Spears, Jamie, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge.

First off–ewww! Who would still these types of photos? That is just perverted. And on top of that, whoever stole them is an idiot because they can’t be sold since Jamie Lynn’s a minor. We are probably dealing with another stupid boy.

Second, Casey needs to buy a digital photo printer. Apparently, Wal-Mart isn’t good for everything.

InTouch magazine is reporting that Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spear’s fiance, cheated on her while she was pregnant.

The other woman, Kelli Dawson, 28 years-old, claims that she and Casey were sleeping together while Jaime Lynn was six months pregnant with his child.

“We were both really attracted to each other,” Kelli reveals. “He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.”

InTouch reports:

“The pair didn’t bother to hide their relationship.“ Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years,” confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’ first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, La. “They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”

Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to her daughter, Maddie. “It just didn’t feel right,” she explains. “He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop.” She says the last time the couple had sex together was in March but “even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally.”

Jamie Lynn sure picked a winner.

OK! magazine is reporting that new parents Jamie Lynn Spears, age 17, and Casey Aldridge, age 19, are planning to wed this fall or sometime before the years end.

Jamie Lynn, not looking to have a big luxurious wedding, will have the nuptials in the backyard of her new house in Liberty, Mississippi, which is only 30 minutes from her home town Kentwood, Louisiana.

A friend told OK!: “She loves everything about the area where she lives. She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills. Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”

With the big day is coming closer, the friend said Jamie Lynn has already “down to her pre-pregnancy weight” adding that “She has the cutest figure!”

Britney will be her made of honor and Casey’s sister Ashley will be her bridesmaid. Jamie Lynn and Casey will also involve little Maddie on the wedding, having her carried into the ceremony in a basket decorated with flowers by their mothers.

The magazine promises “complete, exclusive details – from the dress to the hair to the wedding bands – of Jamie Lynn’s wedding plans” on its new issue, on newsstands Thursday, July 31.

Much to our surprise Jamie Lynn Spears posted her daughter’s first photo on her MySpace page.

I can’t say it was something I was planning to do right now, But now that it’s in my lap and that it’s something I have to deal with, I’m looking forward to being the best mom I can be.

Jamie Lynn and Maddie were released from the hospital and 1:40 am Saturday morning. Shielded by a white sheet, the duo were given a ride home from Jamie’s fiance and baby-daddy Casey Aldridge. The proud parents received a police escort home from the hospital. A source close to the family stated that, “They’re doing terrific. The baby’s got 10 fingers and 10 toes…and a full head of hair. She’s long, a tall baby, and she weighs 7lbs and 11oz.”

A word of advice for the new parents…hire a nanny. That way when she turns out as crazy irresponsible as Britney or any other member of the Spears family you have somebody to blame.

Jamie Lynn Spears is not ready to be a mother at such a young age and sources say that she isn’t ready to be married young either.

Jamie Lynn and Casey Aldridge got engaged soon after they found out they were pregnant. But sources are saying that the whole marriage idea has been put to a halt due to their constant fighting.

It’s definitively not a good idea to raise a child in a home where the parents are constantly bickering and having real marital problems.

A celebrity photographer has been arrested for allegedly stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, in a small town in Mississippi.

Edwin W. Merino, 30, of Los Angeles, posted $1,143 bond on Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.

Authorities in Liberty, Mississippi claimed that Merino wouldn’t leave Spears and Aldridge alone.

Merino denied the accusations in a phone interview Wednesday with The Associated Press. He said that he was about 200 feet away from the couple using a long lens when he was arrested at a gas station.

“I just think since I was the only one there, it was just easier for them to single me out,” he said.

In the end, Merino said the trip was a waste.“The one picture I got was kind of by luck. I got lucky when I saw them at Wal-Mart when I was buying deodorant.”

Merino has worked as a celebrity photographer for five years. He was one of the paparazzi who snared pictures of Jamie Lynn Spears’ older sister, Britney, without underwear.

Mom-to-be, Jamie Lynn Spears, has apparently been sporting some really nice shiny jewelry that appears to be an engagement ring from boyfriend Casey Aldridge.

Spears, 16, has been flashing her new ring to all her friends and family in Louisianan and Mississippi, a source close to the family tells PEOPLE.

“She’s got an engagement ring,” the source says. “She’s been showing it off, talking about it.”

Spears and Aldridge are expecting their baby this summer. No official word yet on a wedding date for the couple.

I don’t know if I like the idea of Jamie Lynn getting married at such a young age. I think she needs to wait awhile before she jumps into any thing too quickly, again. I mean she could be a mom and a divorcee all before she’s 21. What do you think?

On Monday, the judge granted Jamie Spears permission to “sell or dispose of” an undisclosed number of his daughter’s seven unused cars.

Lawyers for Jamie Spears stated that the cost for maintaining the cars was too expensive that the sale of “a certain of” her cars “will save substantial expense to the conservatorship estate.”

Among the singer’s cars are two white Mercedes (a SL65 and a CLK350), a white Mini Cooper convertible, and a black Audi.

It sucks more and more to be Britney Spears. The girl that once had it all is now losing everything. What more will be taken from her, her house?
