F*** surgery! I’m so curious as to what’s going to happen naturally that I can’t imagine wanting to alter things just yet.
And to all those women putting botulism in their faces — we don’t know what the long-term effects are, so stop! I’d rather look like a basset hound than do that to my face!

I admit I’ve been fortunate. I’m not at that place yet, age-wise, and maybe when I am I’ll feel that way. But I think, get over it! Don’t be bitter and complainy! Figure out something else to do with your life.
I agree with Drew, plus the thought of injecting something into my face creeps me out. However, it will be interesting to see if she feels the same way 5 years from now.
Heidi Montag made a few jokes about her plastic surgery in this Funny or Die video, directed by Ron Howard.
Heidi talked to People about working with Ron Howard saying,

There’s no stopping Speidi. I don’t think there has ever been a celebrity that makes fun of their own plastic surgery.
Heidi Montag is upset about all the hate mail she’s been receiving since making her plastic surgery news public.
One hate mail in particular really got to Heidi. Heidi is a very spirtual person so when a hater wrote her saying, her plastic surgery was against God’s will, Heidi was really saddened and now Spencer is stepping in to try and cheer her up.
According to a source,
Spencer ordered about seven bunches of flowers to cheer up Heidi because she’d received a letter or an email saying that her plastic surgery was against God’s will.
Heidi’s apparently very spiritual, so this kind of criticism really stings.
To make matters worse, Spencer doesn’t even like Heidi’s post surgery look and according to Hollyscoop, a friend said,
She looks like Cat Lady. It’s all a little too much.
Spencer loved how Heidi looked before this surgery. Because she’s still swollen and the surgery hasn’t settled yet, he’s a bit shocked.

Hilary Duff is someone in Hollywood who has done a major image transformation in past 5-10 years. When she first stepped on the scene as the star of Disney’s Lizzie McGuire, Hilary was very “cute.” As you can see in the photo on the left she is wearing a kimono-inspired top, and in the photo on the right she is wearing a black top that has clearly been “bedazzled.”

In the last several decades, cosmetic surgery has become more acceptable and more accessible. Not longer is it a procedure reserved only for wealthy old women, and most celebrities are guilty of having at least one or two procedures. The goal for most is to make oneself look younger. But every once in a while the individual can go overboard, have a botched surgery, or develop an addiction to plastic surgery procedures.

The High School Musical star has gotten a nose job. But unlike other Hollywood starlets we know, she says that is was for medical purposes. She apparently had a deviated septum on the right side of her nose and had had problems breathing for awhile.
Her fans paid for her surgery in a sense, so she wants us all to know that she’s not conforming to the young Hollywood idea that you have to get work done to look beautiful in L.A. Ashley Tisdale does realize that she is a role model for young girls and does not advocate plastic surgery at all. She was scared throughout the procedure and does not feel well today.
